I have to admit, before going vegan I’d never even had French toast, but when I tried the vegan version I was hooked. It won my breakfast-food-loving heart over in no time and I’ve been having it on a regular basis ever since.
Oatmeal has quickly become one of my favorite breakfasts. It’s quick & easy to make, very versatile and super delicious to boot. Hard to imagine now that – before going vegan – I wouldn’t even consider having something like this as a meal. You live and learn, I guess ^^
Ever since I realized that kale could be made into chips, I’ve been baking pretty much every kale I got my hands on into these crispy little bites. Unfortunately, that’s a rather rare occasion, so you can imagine my excitement when I spotted kale in the produce section of my grocery store. And it was perfect timing too – with exam week coming up and lots of studying to do, this presented the perfect opportunity to make more of my beloved kale chips as I always like to have something to snack on while studying.
For the first post on my blog I thought I’d start with one of my breakfast favorites. I mean, who doesn’t love pancakes, right? Well, granted, making them can be a bit time consuming and annoying, but the end result is always worth the effort 🙂
